1. Bow Man

• Clip on kit upwind
• Raise/lower pole
• Gybe spinnaker pole
• At bow for start, showing helm boat lengths from line

2. Mast Man

• Pull spinnaker halyard up by mast
• Keep boom out downwind
• Help sweat Jib halyard up at end of downwind leg
• Collect spinnaker at drop

3. Spinnaker Trimmer/GPS

• Skirt jib/pull new jib sheet into block at tack
• Do GPS upwind
• Call gusts/waves upwind
• Take spinnaker sheet after set/trim downwind
• Collect spinnaker at drop

4. Tailer/Guy

• Collect new jib sheet and tail during tacks
• Load new jib sheet on winch
• All Guy work with spinnaker
• Put spinnaker down hatch at drop

5. Trimmer/rope man TELLS CREW WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN

• Winch/trim jib upwind
• Setting of jib cars
• All halyards at windward/leeward mark
• Lower spinnaker halyard at drop
• Prepare/set jib at end of spinnaker leg
• Help with tactics

6. Mainsheet

• Call boats behind at start and to leeward for helmsman's information
• Boat speed
• Wind shifts
• Tactics
• Mainsheet and takes spinnaker sheets at launch
• Takes both spinnaker sheets and jibes spinnaker
• Checks boat trim/halyard tension
• Talk to helm about boat feel

7. Helm

• Just steer the boat
